Rehabitation for two pumping stations water well 1&2 in 10th Ramadan city
Each two pumping stations each one with capacity of approximately 50000 m^3/day each one consisting of 4 split case pumps with flow rate of 150 lit/sec and head of 75 m Head with 200 kw Siemens motors with total No of pumping pumps 8 pumps
- Removing existing pumps with suction and discharge lines with concrete bases
- Construct new concrete bases for all pumps
- Fabrication , welding , painting for all suction and discharge lines
- Repair and overhauling for all suction and discharge valves with electric actuators
- Installing new pumps on concrete bases, grouting, carrying out laser alignment for electric motor to the pumps
- Supplying and installation of 8 Siemens soft starters 200 Kw with control wiring for all pumps and valves
- Supply and install two priming systems each system consist of two pumps, tank , control panel , suction and discharge header and priming pipes to all pumps
- Installation of two drain system each system of two pumps with two control panels with pipes and valves
- Start April 2018 ending Dec 2018 8 months
